Top Chef.
This is Zack. Zack is one of those people you meet and know that they are going to be huge. I wouldn't be suprised to see him on the next Top Chef or open the next big restaurant. He's a creative and talented chef who demands and creates perfection on a plate (or on a paintbrush - as was the case for one of the dishes he created for this event). You're right. Zack is an unbelievably creative chef. Graduated from Culinary Institute of America and came back to Michigan to put some pizzaz into the local catering scene. If anyone is interested in private catering or an event at Planterra or the DSO, you should give hem a call.
